1:Why Soy?

EcoSoya soy wax is; 100% vegatable, made from pure soybean oil, its natural and biodegradable, not tested on animals, free of pesticides, genetically modified materials and toxic materials. It has many benefits over typical paraffin wax such as;

  • It burns at a cooler temperature

  • Its non toxic - so safer for use around children

  • Its got a great scent throw

  • Environmentaly freindly - renewable and sustainable.

We use cotton wicks and remember, you can re-use your jar to do your bit, why not let us know what you've used yours for? We'd love to hear about it!

2: ORDERS AND SHIPPING

UK Orders
Standard delivery to UK postal addresses is just £3.00. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to fulfil our delivery requirements. 

International Orders
International delivery is just £4.00. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to fulfil our delivery requirements.

Delivery - We make all of our candles to order and in small batches, this means we can't dispatch immediantly, however we like to be prompt and work hard to ensure the candles get sent to you as soon as possible.

UK - delivery estimated between 3-4 working days
Europe - delivery estimated between 6-10 working days
Elsewhere - delivery estimated between 7-14 working days

3:RETURNS

If you should change your mind about your purchase, you have 7 working days to return your purchase. 
You must notify us via email to reveriecandles@yahoo.com, before returning ANY item. Please state in the email:

  • Your name

  • Order/invoice number

  • Reason for returning the item/s

  • Whether you would like an exchange or refund

Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging.  If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

 

Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.
On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue you a refund within 10 working days. You will receive your refund via the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

4: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible our products that appear on the website. We make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products, appearing on the website, are correct at the time of publishing.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Goods are subject to availability.

When you place an order on our website, we shall acknowledge your order via email.

Our secure payment providers use the latest technology to protect your credit card info and do not release it to any outside organisation.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

Delivery can be made within the UK and worldwide.

Please note Reverie Candles does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this website.
